All voice agent creation and configuration is done on the Babelbeez platform. This plugin is for embedding an existing, configured voice agent.
Third-Party Services and Data
This plugin requires a connection to the Babelbeez service to function. By using this plugin, you agree to the terms of the following third-party services:

Babelbeez (https://www.babelbeez.com): The primary service that powers the voice agent. It handles the creation, configuration, and management of your voice agents. Your API key is sent to this service for authentication. See:

OpenAI (https://openai.com): Babelbeez is built on OpenAI’s powerful AI models. During a conversation, the real-time audio stream from the user is sent to OpenAI for processing to generate a response.
This plugin does not track any user data on your WordPress server. All data processing is handled by the services listed above and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Use the shortcode to embed on specific pages when “Load Site-wide” is disabled.

Voice Agent Settings
Installation
- Upload the
babelbeez-voice-aifolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress “Plugins” screen. - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
- Go to the new “Babelbeez” menu in your WordPress admin.
- In your Babelbeez Dashboard, open your voice agent and find your API Key in the “Embed” section.
- Paste your API key into the Babelbeez settings page (do not click Save yet).
- Click Fetch Voice Agents to load the latest list from your account.
- Select your desired voice agent from the dropdown.
- Click Save & Make Live. Your voice agent is now live on your site.
- Optional: Uncheck “Load Site-wide” if you only want the agent to load on certain pages via the shortcode.

Where do I find my API key?

You can find your API key in the « Go Live! » section of your voice agent’s configuration page on the Babelbeez dashboard.
