What LovedByAI does

- AI-ready version of every page: builds a structured, plain-language version of each page that AI models can read and quote, linked from your footer.
- Content matched to the questions people ask: rewrites headings as the questions your customers type into ChatGPT and gives each one a short, quotable answer from your own content.
- Auto-generated FAQs: writes FAQ sections from your own content, with FAQ schema, in the question-and-answer shape AI answers are built from.
- Schema (JSON-LD) structured data: adds Organization and FAQPage structured data, and merges into the schema your SEO plugin already outputs instead of duplicating it.
- Meta titles and meta descriptions: writes clear, entity-rich titles and descriptions that AI search engines and Google can use.
- Website crawlability check: shows your robots.txt rules beside your server’s live response for every AI crawler, grouped by vendor, so you can see which AI bots are blocked.
- llms.txt generator: creates /llms.txt if your site does not have one and keeps it up to date. It is a small extra, not the core of the work: AI crawlers rarely request the file, so most of LovedByAI’s effort goes into the content, FAQs and structured data above.
- IndexNow: pings search engines that support IndexNow, such as Bing, when pages are added or changed.
- AI crawler tracking: shows which AI bots visit your site and which pages they read, including GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot, Amazonbot and Meta-ExternalAgent.

What is GEO? Is this a geolocation plugin?
No. GEO here means generative engine optimization: optimizing a website so AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews can understand and cite it. LovedByAI does not detect visitor locations.
What is the difference between GEO, AEO and AI SEO?
They describe the same goal from different angles. GEO (generative engine optimization) and AI SEO focus on being cited in AI-generated answers, and AEO (answer engine optimization) focuses on being the direct answer to a question. LovedByAI covers all three with the same structured content, FAQs and schema.
Does LovedByAI work with Yoast SEO, Rank Math or All in One SEO?
Yes. LovedByAI runs alongside your SEO plugin and does not replace it. Its structured data merges into the schema your SEO plugin already outputs instead of adding a duplicate Organization.
I already have schema and an llms.txt file. Will LovedByAI overwrite them?
No. LovedByAI does not overwrite your existing schema or llms.txt. Its structured data merges into the schema your SEO plugin already outputs, and an llms.txt file you already have stays in place.
Does LovedByAI create an llms.txt file?
Yes, if your site does not have one. LovedByAI generates /llms.txt following the llmstxt.org format and keeps it current as you publish. llms.txt is the smallest part of what LovedByAI does, because the evidence that AI assistants use it is weak: across 82 million crawler requests to WordPress sites between December 2025 and May 2026, AI bots fetched an llms.txt file 31 times (LovedByAI llms.txt study). Being cited depends far more on clear content, FAQs, structured data and crawler access, which is where LovedByAI does most of its work.
Can I see which AI crawlers visit my site and how much traffic AI sends me?
Yes. The dashboard lists the AI bots that crawl your site and the pages they read, and counts visits referred by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and other AI assistants, per page.
What do I need to get started?
Install the plugin and register a free account at lovedby.ai.
Does LovedByAI change my content or design?
Only with your approval. LovedByAI optimizes automatically, but every change is listed for review: approve it, reject it or undo it later. By default it publishes a separate AI-ready version of each page and leaves the page your visitors see as it is, and you choose whether approved changes go live on your site.
Does it slow down my website?
No. Processing happens on LovedByAI’s cloud infrastructure, not on your server, and tracking runs asynchronously so it does not delay page loads.
Does this replace traditional SEO?
No. It complements it. Traditional SEO targets search results pages, and LovedByAI targets AI assistants and AI Overviews. Using both covers both places people search.
Does it work on multilingual sites?
Yes. Pages in every language of a WPML or Polylang site are found and optimized, including translations served at the same address with a
?lang=parameter.Can you guarantee a citation in ChatGPT?
No tool can guarantee rankings or citations, because AI models decide independently which sources to quote. LovedByAI makes your pages clearer and easier for AI models to read and cite, and measures what happens.
