Notes are stored separately per site.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20deactivation%20delete%20notes%3F\"><h3>Does deactivation delete notes?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Deactivation alone does not delete notes.
