ProWebExp – Network Members Sync helps network administrators keep user membership and roles aligned across selected sites in a WordPress Multisite network.

WordPress Multisite uses a network-wide user account with site-specific membership and roles. This plugin synchronizes the site membership and role assignments without creating duplicate network user accounts.
Important
Custom-role creation is disabled by default. Enabling it copies the source role’s capabilities to the target site. Review custom-role permissions before enabling this option.
Synchronizing removals removes site membership only. It does not delete the network user account.
Installation
- Upload the plugin to
/wp-content/plugins/. - Network activate the plugin.
- Open Network Admin > ProWebExp – Network Members Sync.
- Configure the source and target sites.
- Save the settings.
- Use « Sync Existing Users Now » for users that already exist.
