Sequenzy Email Marketing

Description

Sequenzy Email Marketing connects your site to Sequenzy so you can keep subscriber data current and trigger automations from site activity.

The plugin uses a guided connection flow. An administrator starts the connection from Settings -> Sequenzy, signs in to Sequenzy, and chooses the company that should own the site. No Sequenzy API key is pasted into the site admin.

Features:

  • Guided Sequenzy connection and reconnection flow.
  • Installation heartbeat so Sequenzy can show connection health.
  • Initial sync for registered users.
  • Registered-user and profile-update event delivery.
  • Optional comment-form opt-in checkbox.
  • Saved form embeds with the [sequenzy ...] shortcode.
  • Retry handling for transient Sequenzy API failures.
  • Recent failure diagnostics in site admin.
  • Disconnect support that clears local connection state.

This plugin does not include WooCommerce store sync. Use the separate Sequenzy for WooCommerce extension for product, customer, order, cart, and checkout events.

Third-party service

This plugin connects to Sequenzy, a SaaS email marketing and automation platform, after an administrator starts and completes the connection flow.

When connected, the plugin sends selected site metadata, user email addresses, user names, comment opt-in email addresses, comment author names, event names, timestamps, plugin version, WordPress version, and site URL to the Sequenzy API at https://api.sequenzy.com.

When a Sequenzy form shortcode is rendered, visitors’ browsers load the form from Sequenzy at https://api.sequenzy.com. Form submissions are sent directly to Sequenzy.
